Avoid this company, Avoid this company, Alibaba found in my favour over a battery they supplied that did not work. They tried once, but after that it was a waste of time trying to negotiate, they told me i was a liar and made excuses asking for the same information time after time that I had previously given them. I lost a few dollars even after I got a little refund through Alibaba, which i accepted to finish having to negotiate with an untrustworthy company. I should have checked their other reviews, two are bad if i had I would never of had purchased from this company, they cant be trusted .

This company supplied a battery that did not work, so we agreed to try a new BMS, the supplier assured us they would exchange for a new battery if BMS did not resolve the problem. It did not. We sent numerous photos and a video, still, they would not help. Checking the old BMS it was noticed that an electrical connection had melted, that made it obvious that the battery was faulty, again they refused to help even after sending a photo of the melted connection, insisting that we send a video of when we exchanged the new BMS. All information that was needed has been sent. The company also lies, they claim they are battery manufacturers, they are not, they buy all that they sell from larger manufacturers. Find them yourself, get better prices, and more honest people and will pay less. We have and are getting better prices and more honest suppliers. A big mistake using this supplier, I should have checked this company's previous review that shows that they are not a trustworthy supplier
